CREATIVITY & PROBLEM SOLVING
Exercise sound reasoning to analyze issues, make decisions, and overcome problems. The individual is able to obtain, interpret, and use knowledge, facts, and data in this process, and may demonstrate originality and inventiveness.
Displayed through my work shown in the various portfolio folders on the left, I have demonstrated using creativity and problem-solving to aid in my work. By using prior knowledge, research skills, and various softwares I have manipulated graphics and datasets to display results for classwork and clients.  
TEAMWORK & COLLABORATION
Build collaborative relationships with colleagues and customers representing diverse cultures, races, ages, genders, religions, lifestyles, and viewpoints. The individual is able to work within a team structure, and can negotiate and manage conflict.
With multiple internships and countless collaborative projects through out my higher education, I have been able to build relationships with everyone I have worked with, embracing the similarities and differences to create a meaningful experience. Some projects that have been worked on collaboratively can be found in various folders on the homepage.
COMMUNICATION
Articulate thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively in written and oral forms to persons inside and outside of the organization. The individual has public speaking skills; is able to express ideas to others; and can write/edit memos, letters, and complex technical reports clearly and effectively.
My communication skills are best shown in this portfolio in the various ways I take information, data, and images and transform them into something a larger, general audience can understand. I have been able to take a large concept and break it down into smaller digestible pieces through my work. 
GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE
Value, respect, and learn from diverse cultures, races, ages, genders, sexual orientations, and religions. The individual demonstrates openness, inclusiveness, sensitivity, and the ability to interact respectfully with all people and understand individuals’ differences.
Taking the all experience from the teamwork and collaboration it has allowed to come into contact with a wide variety of people. Interacting with people who come from backgrounds, have different experiences, and perspectives has allowed me to learn, grow, and apply that to my own personal and professional work. 
LEADERSHIP
Leverage the strengths of others to achieve common goals, and use interpersonal skills to coach and develop others. The individual is able to assess and manage his/her emotions and those of others; use empathetic skills to guide and motivate; and organize, prioritize, and delegate work.
Through out my undergraduate and graduate career I have been able to hold a few leadership positions through RSOs and student clubs. Being in a wide variety of positions from being co-founder and president to faculty assistant, I have been able to gain many new skills and experiences. Being a good leader means knowing how to be a good team member and being able to combine the roles effortlessly. 
TECHNICAL APPLICATION
Leverage existing technologies ethically and efficiently to solve problems, complete tasks, and accomplish goals. The individual demonstrates effective adaptability to new and emerging technologies.
From work and internship experiences and university courses, I have acquired many technical skills ranging from coding to user experience/user design and more. Examples of these works can be seen in the other folders on the homepage. I have been able to cultivate these skills with the current course I have taken this past year, specifically ux and data analytics.
